Terms and Conditions

Property Readiness

The property must be photo-ready at the scheduled time.

We are not responsible for cleaning, staging, or moving large objects.

If the property is not ready upon arrival, the shoot may need to be rescheduled.

Booking & Payment

A booking is confirmed once agreed upon in writing, email or text.

Payment is due on day of shoot.

Failure to pay may result in withholding of delivered media and suspension of future services.

Delivery Timeline

Standard turnaround time is 24–48 hours.

Delivery times may vary depending on project size and workload.

Media is delivered digitally via google drive link.

Usage Rights

Upon full payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the media for marketing the specific property for which it was created.

Media may not be sold, transferred, or used for other properties without written consent.

Double T Media LLC retains full copyright ownership of all media produced.

We reserve the right to use media for portfolio, website, and promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

Weather Rescheduling Policy

Real estate photography and drone services are weather-dependent.

If weather conditions negatively affect image quality, the shoot will be rescheduled.

The decision to reschedule due to weather is made at our discretion to ensure the best possible results.

Weather-related rescheduling does not incur a cancellation fee.

If a client chooses to proceed despite weather concerns, they accept the resulting image quality.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.

If weather conditions affect aerial services, we may reschedule at no additional charge.

Revisions & Editing

Additional requested edits beyond the original scope may incur additional fees.

Raw/unedited files are not provided unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Representation

The realtor or a designated representative is encouraged to be present during the shoot.

If the client has specific requests, focus points, or shot preferences, they should be communicated before or during the appointment.

If no representative is present, the shoot will be completed using professional discretion.

Media Storage

Final media files are not permanently stored after delivery.

Clients are strongly encouraged to download and securely store all files upon receipt.

We are not responsible for lost, deleted, or expired files once delivery has been completed.
